All flip books must be received this week or else you will receive a 0 for the project.


Our next type of animation that we will be using is called stop motion. In this type of animation many still images are captured and played back quickly to give the illusion of motion.

Assignment: Stop Motion Storyboard

Instructions:
1. Brainstorm ideas for creating a stop-motion animation. ,
2. Think of a simple scene containing 2 stationary objects and 3 moving objects.
3. Sketch out your scene ideas in the storyboard.
4. In your sketch, draw a dotted line to indicate the path of motion for each object.
5. List the materials you will need to create your scene and objects.
6. Your instructor must approve your idea/planner before you begin your scene setup.

Course Description:  This year in Digital and Interactive Multimedia students will develop a foundation in technology skills with applications to personal or business situations focusing on computer graphics, animation and video, presentation software, desktop publishing and web site development.  These technology skills will aid the student in making a successful transition to the workforce and/or postsecondary education.
